Drink up!  Drinking more water is one of the simplest things you can do to be healthier.

Think Your Drink.  There are 1000′s of sugary drinks on the market and we’re drinking too many of them.  These drinks are the largest source of empty calories in the American diet and they’re causing us to pour on the pounds.

It’s time to put water first and let the sweet drinks take a back seat. And we’re here to help make it fun and easy.

Water First is a project of the Tweens Nutrition and Fitness Coalition of Lexington, KY.  Our mission is to make healthy eating and physical activity popular and accessible for tweens (9-13 year olds) in their homes, schools and communities.
